This original map of the Isles de Cuba et de la Jamaique, dated 1787, is by Rigobert Bonne (1727 – 1795). The map, though simple, shows in good detail the islands of Cuba and Jamaica, as well as, the Caymans and part of the Bahamas. On the left are seven different distance scales. The framing is done to conservation standards with a museum mat and carved gold frame.
