Published in New York and Boston by C. B. Hogg, the Yachtsman’s Annual Guide and Calendar was often updated and corrected by the Army Corps of Engineers whose surveying results were the most up-to-date in terms of changes in the landscape or with more accurate measurements made possible by new technologies. The Guide ceased publication in 1964.
